I wish you health and happiness in the New Year. The New Year brings a sense of rejuvenation and the promise of fresh initiatives, so I am excited to begin 2006 with you, as the new President of Asiana Airlines. Service from the heart is our hallmark, and our new services and technology improvements stem simply from the sincerity to offer the best to you - our customers.

We were also nominated for ‘World’s Ten Best Airlines’ in a Skytrax poll. This year, we are off to a good start - we have again won the ‘Best Onboard Service and Flight Attendants’ award for the second consecutive year.
