KCSI Award

This October, Korea Management Association (KMA), a leading quality service audit organization, awarded Asiana Airlines with their top “Korea Customer Satisfaction Index?rating for 2004. This award was a result of a face to face survey of over 12,000 consumers, which audited 110 service points with respect to quality. Here are the results:

In August, the Korean Standards Association (KSA) also certified Asiana Airlines, as the country's ?1 Airline?in its 2004 Korean Standard Service Quality Index audit. KSA, a non-profit standards organization, conducted this year's surveys of all service industries, awarding Asiana the top ranking out of the entire transportation sector, beating out some very formidable competition!


These award winning results follow Asiana's March 2004 receipt of the Korea Productivity Center's National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) award for the best airline in Korea.
